Systech provided complete project controls on behalf of a fully integrated colocation developer on this hyperscale-ready campus, designed to support cloud providers and enterprise digital infrastructure.

RFP & Procurement Advisory – Hyperscale owner
Systech was appointed to advise a major hyperscale owner in the preparation of a two-stage design and build tender RFP and the ongoing management of the procurement and selection process.
Services delivered: Procurement strategies for turnkey infrastructure contracts, maintenance and operation services, development of contract documents and commercial terms, performance indicators, risk management, and coordination until supplier agreements were signed.
